About Ribston Lodge

We have created a very special home for residents who wish to live more independently.

Our group of newly refurbished rental apartments are custom designed for individuals or couples with a learning disability and/or physical disabilities.

Ribston Lodge has been converted into five large supported living flats offering secured tenancies for people who prefer to live independently within our community.

Ribston Lodge provides five individual one-bedroom apartments within a large Victorian, offering secured tenancies for people who prefer to live independently within our community.

There are two ground floor apartments with full hoist tracking systems, making them ideal for residents with a physical disability, as well as the more able.

Fully fitted kitchens are included as well as walk in bathrooms with full facilities.

Our apartments easily accommodate couples as well as individual tenants.

Three first floor apartments provide light and airy accommodation. They are also equipped with fully-fitted kitchens and bathrooms.

Each apartment has its own entrance and the first floor apartments are served by an internal staircase accessed via the main door.

At the heart of the property is a separate staff area that can be used by independent support staff to provide assistance, security and reassurance to tenants who may need extra support. Ribston Lodge is also the location of our Head Office.

Please note that New Beginnings only provides tenancy accommodation. Support and care packages will need to be separately sourced. For more information on any support needed please get in touch with your care manager or social worker.
